Shipping Policy


We at mySPOGA try to give our customers a great shopping experience with 100% (if not less) shopping satisfaction. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you can return your Order for a refund of Rs.100 less than the full paid price. Rs.100 are the pick-up charges of the product from your residence to mySPOGA's warehouse. In case of fitness equipments, weight(physical + volumetric) of more than 5 kgs, the pick-up charges will be Rs.500.

All you need to do is give us a missed call on 02653090509 (Between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on any of the business days) or drop an email at within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery. However, Return of the products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition.

  • *Please note that "mySPOGA’s 15 Day Returns Policy"  is applicable only to Sports Products.
  • *Fitness Equipments like exercise bikes, ellipticals, multi-gyms, treadmills, fitness accessories and all strength equipment of more than Rs. 5000 are non-returnable. These items are covered under warranty.
  • *Refund/replacement for the products is subject to inspection and checking by mySPOGA’s Inspection team.
  • *Damages due to neglect, improper usage or transfer of products will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • *Some special rules for promotional offers may override "mySPOGA’s 15 Day Return Policy."

Return of a Part of My Order

Yes, return of a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order is also possible. Any part product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

Duration of the Return Process & Its Refund

Once you have placed your return request with our Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. The item received in our warehouse, undergoes a Product Inspection by our Inspection team which takes about 2 days. The refunds are then initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The refunds of the payment would be done through net banking within 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Banks send a sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

In the event mySPOGA is unable to get the product picked, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within ten days from receipt of such notice. You will have to email us the scanned copy of the courier receipt within 3 days of the return request and Courier freight charges will be reimbursed.

Cancellation of an Order

You can cancel your order by calling us or emailing us immediately before the product has been shipped / not yet delivered and your entire order amount will be refunded to you.Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made. Then you can only opt for our Refund Policy.
